We can ingrate these controls into a new system or introduce noise and odour controls to your existing system.

When designing noise and odour control we aim to provide a cost effective solution to meet your requirements.

Planning 

We can liaise with local councils to ensure that your business is compliant with local council regulations. 

In addition, we have experience in assisting businesses in planning applications. Where necessary, we can also liaise with acoustic engineers.

Noise  

To reduce noise we provide silencers which can be placed either fore or aft of the fan, or in some circumstances both. 

All of the silencers we provide are Melinex lined to prevent grease impregnation into the silencer, as prescribed in DW 172, specification for kitchen ventilation systems. 

Another example, providing anti vibration mounts and padding to reduce noise pollution.

Odour 

Having a robust ventilation system will provide odour protection. However, in many cirumstances this will not be enough to eliminate odour pollution into the outside environment. 

A carbon filter system which is based upon absorption is the most commonly used method to reduce odour. 

Another method of odour control that we offer is Electrostatic Precipitation (ESP).
